  • What is etomo?
    etomo is an online lending application that will help you in your PETSA – DE – PELIGRO worries WITHOUT SERVICE FEE AND OTHER HIDDEN CHARGES! We are your right friend at the right time! We offer two types of loan: etomo Term and etomo Revo. For detail, please see Product page.
  • Who can apply for an etomo loan?
    • Regularly employed or continuous contractual employees
    • Has an SSS number
    • At least 20 years of age
  • What are the requirements to apply for an etomo loan?
    For just a few pieces of information, you are sure to get an etomo service that is perfect for your needs! The following will be required:
    • Personal & address information
    • Employment & financial information
    • A valid government-issued ID (Driver’s license, UMID, National ID, SSS ID, Passport, PRC ID)
    • A valid email address
    • A valid registered mobile number
  • What is the etomo Term?
    etomo Term is a straight forward loan product with the following key features:
    • Re-loan available after full payment of the current loan.
    • Fixed monthly payment.
    • Choose between a 6- or 9-month payment period for first-time borrowers. A 12-month payment period is available only for re-loans.
    • The first payment is due 30 days after disbursement, with subsequent payments every 30 days thereafter.
  • What is etomo Revo?
    etomo Revo is shorthand term for “etomo Revolving Loan”.
    • Re-loan at any time as long as there is available credit!*
    • Monthly minimum payment amount is only 8% of the outstanding balance.
    • Flexible payment period. Paying more than the minimum can shorten the loan period.
    • Choose between the 2nd or 17th day of the month as your due date.
    • Rewards program: 10% discount on the interest amount if you pay on time!
    *Minimum loan amount is P500.
  • How do I apply for an etomo Term and etomo Revo loan?
    Applying for an etomo loan is easy! Just have your requirements ready, then download the etomo app here: https://bit.ly/etomo_ph or visit https://webportal.etomo.ph/ Immediately apply for your first loan by filling up the application form! You can choose a loan product after approval.
  • Where can I receive my cash loan?
    The proceeds of your loan will be disbursed directly to your:
    • Bank account
    • Fully verified e-wallet (GCash or Maya)
  • How soon can I receive my loan?
    Loan disbursement is very quick! Once approved, your loaned amount will be transferred to your chosen disbursement account in less than a minute!
  • Is etomo SEC registered?
    Yes, etomo is owned and operated by AND Financing Corporation with SEC Registration No.CS201840930 and Certificate of Authority No. 1187. AND FC is also a duly registered entity with the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the National Privacy Commission, and the Credit Information Corporation.

  • My payment is not yet posted. What should I do?
    Thank you for your patience, Kaibigan! It might take a day or two for your payment to register, but don’t worry because the posting date will be the date when you paid your loan, and not the date your payment was updated.
    For payments made other than a CLiQQ kiosk, please give us at least 2 business days to validate your repayment.

    Your personal information is our top priority! It is secured and protected in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines. Information provided to etomo is never shared with any third-party. We are a duly registered entity with the National Privacy Commission.

  • Can I delete my etomo account?
    You can request to delete your etomo account here. Once you request this form, we will proceed with the deletion process. You can also email the Data Protection Officer at dpo@etomo.ph if you have any privacy concerns.
